All about State A.En Exams

State Engineering Services also known as State Assistant Engineering (A.En) Exam recruits B.E./B.Tech holders in various discipline. They are responsible for overseeing engineering projects, managing teams, and ensuring that construction or infrastructure work adheres to standards and regulations.

Every state has separate exam for recruiting Assistant engineers which includes various stages like Prelims, Mains and then Interview. Generally student with 3-year regular diploma are eligible for J.En position, but some states allow Degree (B.E./B.Tech) holders to appear for this examination.
